Traditional fresh goat cheese, a lean and highly digestible product, rich in lactalbumin. It is packed in modified atmosphere in a re-sealable jar with an aroma preserving lid. The product has an expiry date of 20 days from the date of packaging.
Preservation: 0°C to 4°C
