Organic soft Goat’s caciottina

 

Fresh caciottina, produced with pure organic goat milk; the white and soft paste has a sweet taste, with a slight goat aroma. It can be eaten either fresh or after brief ageing.
The shape is cylindrical.
Ageing: 15-20 days.
Preservation: 0 to 4°C
